About Walking In Williamsburg

"Walking In Williamsburg" is a collection of poems that has been scribed over the course of Gray Oliver's life.
 The themes and elements articulated throughout the five sections of the book encapsulates the myriad perspectives a man may explore on his journey through the decades from youth in the mid 20th century to the Present day!

What to title this body of work became evident after a series of years living with a loved relative (mentioned within the dedication of the book) in the immediate Colonial Williamsburg area.    "Nothing gets my quill poppin'/scratchin' quite like a sunrise or sunset stroll up and down DoG street" says author Gray Oliver.  "There's something magical about sharing a pint in the same environment that our countries' founding fathers gave birth to our nation in!"
